Each year, Chico’s FAS would celebrate MLK Jr. Day with email communications to the company.

To celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Chico’s FAS shared educational and inspirational materials as well as events hosted by Associate Network Groups.

Every new Associate received a welcome packet that included an overview of Associate Network Groups. I managed these groups and their leaders to host events and welcome Associates of shared interests.

As a women-run company, Chico’s FAS makes International Women’s Day a big deal. In 2019, a company-wide campaign ran to invite Associates for yoga, woman-owned trucks, and more celebration.
